Stylistics: modern architecture, characterized by its minimalism, and at the same time its expressiveness. Due to the plasticity of the facade — the opening of the volume to the upper floors, like a «fan» creates unique views from the corner windows of panoramic glazing.
UB9A is a complex of multi-level towers-sections with variable storeys from 6–75. This feature allows the complex to be dynamic, to have an attractive silhouette from different viewpoints and distances of perception. The facade solutions are restrained, but at the same time have a bright shade of «nickel», which emphasizes their architectonics.
The project area is located in Moscow on Vereyskaya Street. The area is bounded by: from the north — Vereyskaya Plaza 3, from the east — Aminievskaya Electric Depot, from the south — the future territory of the school, from the west — urban block UB 9 — VEER.
Floor-to-ceiling windows vary in configuration, from straight-line windows with sliding sashes and a French balcony to corner windows with additional viewing characteristics.
